Treatments to Get You Wedding Ready

You want to look your best when you’re preparing for your wedding. There are a number of treatments that can help you achieve your best look. Each comes with particular strengths, depending on your goal. The best approach is to coordinate with a single clinic that can help you form a precise plan of action. This ensures that each treatment agrees with and enhances the last one, so you get just the right amount of what’s right for you.

HydraFacial

A HydraFacial is an incredibly effective way to rejuvenate your skin. It combines multiple processes: cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and protection. Its major benefits are that it’s a comfortable and even refreshing process. There’s also no downtime for the treatment to take effect, however you will feel a tightness in your skin within the week following the treatment whilst your skin renews.

The Hydrafacial is a great all rounder treatment which can tone out even the finest of lines, and is especially useful if you’re dealing with oily skin. The treatment will leave you skin looking plumper and firmer, and because it’s a soothing and non-invasive treatment, your skin maintains its elasticity.

Carbon Spectra

The carbon spectra is a treatment involves a gentle cleansing of your skin before carbon lotion is massaged over your forehead, nose, chin, and cheeks. A laser is then applied over the carbon. This warms the tissues beneath your skin gradually, enhancing your body’s natural collagen production.

The entire process takes about 20 minutes. Then your face is washed with a cleanser and sunblock is applied (to protect the refreshed skin). It’s a relaxing process focused on balancing the skin tone and minimising pores.

Ultracel

The Ultracel combines radio frequency and ultrasound together. This allows precise targeting of deep collagen layers. Ultracel’s unique combination heats up collagen in a safe and comfortable way. This stimulates the way collagen grows. The benefit of this approach rests in how it uses your body’s own natural collagen response to firm, tighten, and tone skin.

Dermapen

Dermapen involves microneedling. That may sound a little scary, but it’s perfectly safe and clinically proved. Dermapen accesses and promotes collagen growth and the body’s natural repair process. This can help to smooth out wrinkles, scars, and stretch marks. A full course of treatment can rejuvenate your body. It’s not just for facial use, but can be utilised on almost any area.

Anti-Wrinkle Injectables & Fillers

Anti-Wrinkle Injections are one of the most proved technologies for smoothing wrinkles. They are an injectable that blocks nerve signals to particular muscles. Areas with wrinkles will relax and appear smoother. It’s used chiefly on wrinkles and smile lines.

Dermal Fillers on the other hand can help to fill wrinkles and smooth them out. They can also be used to replace lost volume, contour the face and plump the lips. These are two similar yet distinct solutions for eliminating wrinkles.

Party Season Treatments

Ready to say “farewell” to this year and ring in the next? Is your skin? After a long year behind you and a full party season ahead of you, you may be feeling – and looking – a bit tired! Not to worry: the right skin treatments can ensure that you can put your best face forward when it comes to holiday festivities.

Anti-Wrinkle Injectables and Filler

Advanced injectables prove that you do not have to go to surgical extremes to achieve fresh, youthful looking skin. With quick session times, minimal downtime and instant results, our anti-wrinkle and dermal filler injectable solutions will have you looking your best party after party.

During an anti-wrinkle treatment, a purified protein solution is injected into the motor point of the target muscle. This causes it to relax and reduce the depth of wrinkles and lines. Fillers work similarly; hyaluronic acid is injected, helping smooth wrinkles and plump the skin. The results for each type of treatment are immediate and subtle.

Hydrafacial

Hydrafacial

Another option that delivers instant results with minimal downtime, HydraFacial treatments deliver the power of hydradermabrasion, chemical peel and painless impurity extractions while boosting antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptide levels.

This process, during which is as soothing and refreshing as it is effective. The fast treatment can increase elasticity, firmness and vibrancy while improving skin tone and texture.

Microneedling

Don’t let the rather intimidating name scare you away from this solution to younger, firmer looking skin. Premier Laser & Skin utilises revolutionary INFINI technology: microneedling creates “micro” holes in the skin and a precise amount of radio frequency is introduced. This stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, resulting in rejuvenated, smooth and firm skin.

INFINI reduces downtime; ask us about the optimal treatment schedule to ensure you are fully ready for your next party.

Spectra Carbon Peel

There is a reason this treatment is known as the “Hollywood Peel.” It targets pigment changes, acne scars, enlarged pores and fine lines, while helping stimulate collagen production. The carbon solution is applied to your face, rather like a mud mask. Then, laser energy is applied to the skin; the heat is absorbed into the skin, providing exceptional exfoliation benefits. A glowing complexion with minimal downtime: the perfect holiday gift to yourself!

If you are not sure which treatment option is right for you, do not hesitate to contact us. Our expert team is happy to help you make this important decision.

The party season is fast upon us; make sure you, and your skin, are ready!

Three common myths about acne and two truths

Acne – who needs it?  No one wants it.  It can be, however, a fact of life that many of us have to deal with.  Products and techniques have been fashioned to help ease the burden of caring for acne-prone skin, however there are still many myths around acne, not all of which are true, that we’re going to bust today.

THREE COMMON MYTHS

As a condition that’s been around for a long time, myths seem to get perpetuated forward and thrust onto the next generation.  Here are three of those common myths, or misconceptions.

Only teenage skin gets acne.  Wrong!  So not true.  Adults can get acne, too – believe it or not.  Reasons that adults might get acne include stress (see Truth No. 2 below), hormone changes, pollution, cleansing too frequently (see Myth No. 3 below), specific foods (see Truth No. 1 below), and potentially eating too many sugary products.

The sun makes acne better.  Wrong again!  This is a common misconception, the sun and acne can make a bad combination and cause worse break-outs to happen.  Annet King, Director of Global Education for The International Dermal Institute, points out, “Sun exposure will cause dehydration, which in turn stimulates oil production as your skin tries to correct the issue.”  Makes sense!

Acne is caused by not washing your face.  Wrong for the third time.  While washing your face is a practice of good hygiene, if you don’t wash your face, it is not going to “cause” acne.  Washing removes dirt but it does not clear acne.  In fact, too much washing can actually remove much-needed essential oils.

TWO TRUTHS

Let’s now look at two things that are true about acne.

Diet affects acne.  Studies have shown that a healthy diet, especially foods rich with zinc, vitamin E, vitamin A, complex carbohydrates, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids can prevent acne.

Stress can aggravate acne.  This is true.  Stress can trigger an inflammatory response from the body and that can cause clogged pores to break.  Topical solutions can help.

Now, let’s look at some products that can help with acne.

DERMACLEAR ACNE PEEL

This anti-acne solution combines Beta Hydroxy Acids and Alpha Hydroxy Acids to bring a powerful treatment that reduces acne-causing bacteria and helps redistribute the oil production in your skin.

SPECTRA CARBON ACNE PEEL

This is a very budget-friendly answer to acne’s woes.  It’s like having four chemical peels at one time, but with no downtime or potential complications.  It is a carbon-based three-part treatment that helps rejuvenate your skin.  This laser peel is a favourite of Hollywood’s celebrities.

DERMAPEN MICRO SKIN NEEDLING

This unique and pain-free treatment can eliminate acne scarring, as well as other types of scars, stretch marks, and pock marks.  Gone.  You’re done with them when you allow the micro needles of the Dermapen to do their job.  A series of tiny needles penetrate the skin at just the right places to increase collagen production, which aids in repairing scar tissue.

Regardless of the severity of your acne, solutions, procedures, and treatments can help.  Call us today for a free consultation about which method will be the best for you.

Your Essential Wedding Skin Guide

The big day is coming fast, and you want to look nothing short of amazing. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to make that happen, and it starts as soon as you get engaged. Take a look at this skin care guide to help keep you on track to becoming the beautiful, blushing bride you’ve been seeing in your dreams.

A Year Before Your Wedding

It may seem like you have quite a bit of time on your hands, but the reality is that it’s coming faster than you think. One of the first procedures you’ll want to schedule is laser hair removal. If you want to see the maximum reduction in hair growth, it can take up to six sessions, and those have to be spaced at least four weeks apart. Wondering where you might want laser hair removal? Consider how that bikini line might look on your honeymoon. You might also want to finally eliminate underarm hair, leg hair, or even problem facial hair.

Tattoo removal starts as soon as you get engaged too. If you have a tattoo you’re embarrassed about, or simply one you don’t want showing when you don that gorgeous dress, we can help, but it’s going to take some time. Professional tattoos usually take four to six treatments to remove, and treatments have to be scheduled at least six weeks apart.

Acne scarring is one other issue you may want to address right after you get engaged. It will help both your engagement photos and your wedding pictures look fantastic. Dermapen Microneedling is the best way to eliminate the scarring. This innovative treatment pushes the skin to release collagen, which means a complete elimination of the scars you’ve dealt with for so long. Depending on the severity of the scars, though, it may take several treatments to see real results.

Six Months Before the Wedding

Carbon Facial

Still dealing with acne on a regular basis? That’s the last thing  you want your guests to see, and a Spectra Carbon Peel, also sometimes called the Hollywood Peel, you can put a stop to the problem. Regular treatments mean improving your collagen levels and putting an end to acne, but you’ll want to retreat at least once before the big day for best results.

Loose skin may need to be tightened before your wedding as well, and the Ultraformer is the way to make that happen. It targets the deepest layer of skin, which can help lift your eyebrows, deal with that sagging skin on your face or your neck, and even help eliminate wrinkles. you’ll see real results within three months.

Hoping to say “yes” to the dress that doesn’t quite fit now? Cyrotherapy fat reduction is easily the best way to eliminate fat in those problem areas. It uses fat freezing technology to help target the fat cells you find most problematic and break that down. You could see a loss of a few inches within three months after a single treatment.

Three Months Before the Wedding

HydraFacial

Hydration is as important for your body as it is for your skin, and our HydraFacial is one great way to make that a reality. It revitalises and exfoliates your skin to give you that natural glow you’ll want to see in the pictures.

Red Carpet Ready Skin

There has been a lot of coverage on the most recent Oscars ceremony, with controversy surrounding the nominations and mistakes, however what we were most interested in is how amazing the celebs looked on the red carpet! So how do the men and women of Hollywood get such glowing, red carpet ready skin?

The truth is, though, many celebrities prep to get that glow way before the first slather of makeup accurately applied by their favorite artists; it all starts with skincare, and even the most flawless of complexions still seek out professional help to ensure they look their best on Hollywood’s biggest night. Star treatments offer tricks of the trade that revolve around specialised skin care to fix impurities without damaging the complexion, revitalising tired skin and creating a look that is plump and hydrated so makeup appears flawless.

Getting the glow

Getting red carpet ready is easier for us lesser mortals than it ever has been.  Yes, it’s really true!  You can have celebrity-worthy skin much faster than you might think.  While those of us who don’t have a star on Hollywood Boulevard may not have access to a team of high profile makeup artists, there are several key treatments that provide instant results – with no downtime – just in time for those Oscar after-parties.

Exfoliate and rejuvenate

You can get your glow on with a Hollywood Spectra Peel for instant complexion revitalisation.  This rejuvenating, exfoliating treatment also targets active acne (as many other treatments do not).  No downtime and that perfect glow will put a bounce back into your step.

Just because a deeper skin issue is a concern doesn’t mean there aren’t effective – and quick – treatments for you.  Even skin with acne scarring can have that great facial glow with Dermapen Micro Skin Needling.  This precise needle penetration for collagen induction repairs scars, reduces discolouration and offers renewal to tired skin.  With this treatment, you will only be a day away from your red carpet awards party!  The best part?  The results will last much longer than traditional treatments.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

To get rid of winter skin and step into a fresh, new you, a HydraFacial offers six treatments in one:  next-level hydradermabrasion, chemical peel, automated painless extractions and a cocktail of Antioxidants, Hyaluronic Acid and Peptides.  Soothing, refreshing, non-irritating – and immediately effective.

Your summer holiday skin

Ever passed by a coworker’s desk and seen a photo of last year’s holiday? It’s hard not to long for those warm days on the sand, but that’s probably not what you noticed most about the photo. The chances are great that you noticed how good her skin looked in all of those pictures. If you avoid hanging up your holiday photos because you’re worried about your skin, make a resolution to STOP! These treatments can help you dump those worries this year so you’ll finally have the holiday pics you’ve always wanted on your desk.

Dermapen Microneedling – If you’ve started to notice some acne scarring, you’re not along. As you age, your collagen production diminishes, and that can often cause acne scarring to appear that you didn’t notice before. This procedure can completely eliminate it. Designed to help promote collagen growth and skin tightening in various areas, it will help those acne scars to become far less noticeable

Cosmelan Depigmentation Peel – Brown spots, skin discoloration, or even hyperpigmentation due to hormones can be frustrating. When you’re not confident in your own skin, you’re not going to enjoy yourself on holiday, but lifting that pigmentation and keeping the pigment formation under wraps can happen with the help of this peel. Effective and safe, you’ll see results with just one treatment in as little as two weeks.

Spectra Carbon Peel – Tired of fighting those blemishes? Sick of your pores being a problem? The Spectra Carbon Peel is the perfect idea. A favourite of many celebs, it can either be a single treatment or a course package if you have a real problem on your hands. It’s painless, and there’s no downtime at all. Your skin will be smoother and brighter in no time at all.

You want the photos from your holiday to be as amazing as the experience itself. Book one of these treatments today to make that happen.

Simple skincare for acne prone skin – Home care and clinical treatments

We all seek a perfectly peachy complexion, such as those in glossy, airbrushed magazine photos that we see every day. But the truth is, for the majority of us, completely perfect skin is about as achievable as that perfect bikini body. Take off the makeup, and most of us have plenty of minor imperfections in our skin, whether that’s deep pores, blackheads or freckles and moles. For the most part, we simply learn to live with these flaws.

One skin imperfection which can be super hard to live with, however, is acne. Acne is a common condition that will affect most people at some time in their lives. It causes spots to form, usually on the face, but can also occur on the chest, back and on other parts of the body. These spots can be anything from small surface whiteheads and pimples to deep, angry puss filled cysts.

Living with acne can be tough, both for men and women, and can knock your confidence for six. But with a good skincare routine in place you can lessen the chances of a flare up, and can help to balance your skins natural oils to reduce any imperfections that are there.

What is acne?

Acne is the most common cause of spots in people of all ages. Most commonly it occurs in people between the ages of 12 and 25, but it can occur at any stage of life. It is caused when the sebaceous glands under the skin start to produce too much of an oily substance called sebum. Designed to keep your skin and hair lubricated, too much sebum can block the pores and cause spots, or acne.

Acne can be classified as mild to moderate, or as moderate to severe. Severe cases can last for several years, and can require GP intervention to avoid permanent scarring.

  • Mild to moderate acne: Some pores will become blocked, which may be seen as blackheads or whiteheads when closely inspected. In some cases, sebum may collect beneath the blocked pore, which can show as a small pimple. These can occur in isolation, or can sometimes be in a group of several pimples, but will usually calm down on their own with a good skincare routine.
  • Moderate to severe acne: This trapped sebum under the blocked pore provides the perfect breeding ground for a bacteria called Propionibacterium acnes. If a large number develop in the trapped sebum, the immune system will react to their presence and will cause pus filled spots, which an even become cysts over time. These can cause long term scarring or pits after the infection is long gone, which is why it’s important to seek medical advice if your acne becomes uncontrollable or severe.

Suffering from acne can make life a nightmare, particularly if you are a self-conscious teen just getting used to an adult body. But it’s not just teens who suffer; in fact, more and more we are seeing adults in clinic who are fed up with being spotty well into their mature lives.

Why do you get it?

There are a number of reasons you might develop acne, and believe it or not, it’s got nothing to do with poor hygiene. The most common triggers for an outbreak are:

  • Testosterone: Teenage acne is often caused by an increase in testosterone, which naturally occurs during puberty.
  • Hereditary: If your parents had acne, chances are you might develop it too.
  • Hormones in women: Women can develop adult acne due to hormonal changes around their periods, if they are pregnant, or as a symptom of polycystic ovary syndrome.
  • Medication: Some medicines are known to cause acne, such as steroids, lithium (used to treat depression) and some anti-epileptic drugs.
  • Pressure: Wearing items that create pressure on an area of your skin, such as headbands, glasses or backpacks, can trigger acne
  • Smoking: A large proportion of adult acne is attributed to smoking

Although you can breathe easy that your acne was not caused by a poor skincare routine, that doesn’t mean that a good skincare routine can’t help send it on its way. Being kind to your skin, meticulously looking after its condition as well as drinking lots of water and eating healthily, can only increase your chances of getting acne gone, and keeping it gone too.

At home treatments

There are a number of things you can do in your own home to reduce the appearance of acne and lessen the chances of more flare ups. Here’s how:

  • Keep clean

It’s important to wash regularly to remove dead skin cells, free radicals and excess oil from the surface of your face, whether you have acne or not. Avoid using soap, as this dries your skin and will encourage those sebaceous glands to go into overdrive. A simple cotton flannel with warm water and a mild facial cleanser is all you really need.

  • Moisturise

It might seem like conflicting advice to add moisture to overly oily skin, but actually it can work wonders. Hydrate your skin with water before applying the moisturiser, and use a gel based product if you have naturally oily skin.

  • Treat

Over the counter acne remedies do work, so don’t be afraid to ask your pharmacist for a recommendation next time you’re in the chemist. Most products will contain an antibacterial agent, an exfoliant and possibly a drying agent to clear out the pores, so be careful with these if you have very sensitive skin. Use a moisturiser afterwards to repair the dried out area.

  • Reduce makeup

Again, a contentious point. Surely when you have a break out, what you really want to do is cover up, right? Well, unfortunately you’re only asking for trouble, as foundations and cover-ups will only block the pores even more. Try to avoid makeup if you can, or use oil free makeup and make sure you wash thoroughly at the end of the day.

  • Don’t touch

Keep your hands away from your face, and try not to prop your cheek or chin in your hand. Hands are little devils for spreading bacteria, and can increase infection and irritation if you touch affected skin.

Clinical treatments

There are some incredible treatments right here at Premier Laser Clinic which can sort out your acne in a flash. One of our most popular is the Spectra Laser Peel, favorited by celebrities and guaranteed to help with acne scarring, freckles and age spots.

This three part treatment literally resurfaces your skin, shedding years in one swoop and providing effective, lasting rejuvenation all over. It has been said to be the equivalent of having four chemical peels in one session, but without any of the pain, downtime or complications.

Another popular treatment with our acne prone clients is the Anti-Acne Peel. This treatment has been proven to not only enhance the appearance of the skin, but also to reduce the frequency and intensity of acne breakouts, giving you the confidence to go bare  faced more often.

Our New Hero Facial – Spectra Laser Peel aka Hollywood Peel

Latest treatment from USA – reduces break-outs and can be used on active acne.  Amazing Results and No Downtime.

The Specta Laser Peel is a brand new treatment in the UK which is effective in reducing, lines, wrinkles, as well as being one of the most effective new treatments for blemishes like acne and blackheads. Our therapists are putting all of their regular clients onto this new miracle facial and the results are astounding.

The treatment has been dubbed the “Hollywood Peel” because there are several A-list fans of the treatment – including Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian – and it’s become one of the most popular facial treatments in Los Angeles. The reason for the unprecedented popularity of the Hollywood Peel is because it has immediate positive effects without any down-time, or discomfort.

The treatment takes around 45 minutes and so can even be done in a lunch-hour and clients can go back to work immediately afterwards.

In the USA they are recommending that four Hollywood Peel treatments should be enough to get clearance of even the most stubborn acne and we are certainly seeing those kind of results in the UK as well.

First you attach the eye protectors and then a carbon mask is applied to the with a cotton wool pad. It’s just a carbon powder and water and this is what the laser is attracted to.

The carbon bonds with the sebaceous glands which create oily matter (sebum) which in turn causes spots. When the carbon is heated by the laser the sebaceous glands get destroyed.

The first part of the treatment is the Spectra laser mode which heats up the carbon mask and the skin, which tightens the pores, fine lines and reduces any acne. It’s almost pain free and many women liken the sensation to be lightly pinged by an elastic band.

The second pass is done with the Q switch laser which snaps off the carbon, exfoliates the skin, dries out any blemishes, tightens the pores and is great for resurfacing as well. This laser makes a louder sound and snaps the carbon off the skin completely and takes off between 15 to 30 microns of the skin with it. You can see the smoke come off the skin when it happens but this is merely the carbon evaporating, not the skin. The final pass with the laser encourages collagen and elastin growth in the deeper dermal layers which creates more youthful looking tighter skin.

There’s no bleeding or downtime from this treatment but it leaves the skin with a healthy radiance and glow to it.

Many Hollywood stars are having this a few hours before they do red carpet appearances, hence the name of the treatment. For the first four treatments it’s a good idea to have one every other week and then after that to go to a monthly treatment. This will eliminate acne and then keep it under control so that it doesn’t come back.

Treats – active acne, acne scars, large pores, Melasma and pigmentation, age spots, freckles. Spectra Laser single session is £200 for face, and £250 for face and neck.

The Water Bottle Lottery – Are You Drinking Poison?

The hidden numbers that could be damaging your health.

Ok so I was pumping iron in the gym this morning when all of a sudden I hear two blokes to the right of me start talking. Honestly I wasn’t trying to listen in or anything…well maybe a little, but they were talking loudly and I was resting after completing my third and final set. I can’t remember exactly how the conversation went, but it was something like this…

Dave: John lemme have a look at your water bottle

John: Why? You’ve got your own mate

Dave: Just something I read on the tinterweb (I am guessing he meant the internet) last night. Wanna check to see if your bottle is poisonous

I don’t actually know if these were their real names or not as I wasn’t ear wigging that much. They just looked like a John and a Dave to me, actually come to think of it the tall one probably looked more like a Paul? Anyway that doesnt matter, this was the part where my little ears pricked up. Water bottle…poisonous? Yup that sure got my attention.

John: What are you talking about…poisonous?

Dave: Well apparently if the little triangle on the bottom of ya bottle has a number 1 in it then you should not use it more than once due to the chemicals leakin into the water.

This conversation continued whilst I pretended to do some other exercise still listening in until they both got up and left the area I was in. Now obviously it’s one thing listening in to someone else’s conversation from the same room but it’s another to then follow and stalk these people around the gym to continue to listen to their conversation. I would have to research this myself…was it really possible that the bottle I use every day in the gym could be damaging to my health?

The Little Hidden Number In A Triangle

I have been drinking from these bottles for years but have never once noticed the secretive little number that resides in the triangle that can usually be found hiding at the bottom of the bottle. So what do these numbers mean? Which are safe and which are not? Well with a little research I found the following.

Safe Plastics

Plastics that are safe include the numbers 2, 4 and 5.

#2: HPDE (high-density polyethylene):

This is a high density plastic which is very resilient to chemical leaching. This plastic is usually found in milk jugs and shampoo bottles.

#4 LDPE (low density polyethylene):

This plastic like above is also resilient to chemical leaching. You will mostly likely find this plastic in sandwich bags and shopping bags.

#5 PP (polypropylene):

PP is another plastic that is resistant to chemical leaching. It is semi transparent or white in appearance and is used for yogurt containers and syrup bottles.

Un-Safe Plastics

Now for the bad numbers…1, 3, 6 and 7

#1 PET/PETE (polyethylene terephthalate):

These bottles should only be used a single time and then thrown away immediately after. You should try and avoid these whenever possible due to the leaching of the heavy metal antimony and the hormone disrupting chemical BPA.

#3 PVC (polyvinyl chloride):

This is the most common plastic found in water bottles. PVC plastic is known to leach 2 dangerous chemicals DEHP (di-2-ehtylhexyl phthalate) and bispehonal-A.

#6 PS (polystyrene):

PS leach’s styrene which is a known carcinogen. Side effects of this chemical include headaches, dizziness, fatigue and drowsiness. PS is usually found in disposable cups and containers.

#7 PC/PLA: Polycarbonate:

This is most definitely the worst plastic to use as it’s made with BPA. The worrying thing here is that it can be found in baby bottles, water coolers, re-usable water bottles and storage containers that are used for food.

Drink in Safety

In addition to looking out for the above there are a few other tips that can make sure that the water you are drinking is safe.

• Don’t drink any bottled water that has been sat around for months.

• Have a little smell of your water before you have a drink. If it has a plasticy smell then throw it away.

• Keep your bottled water in the shade and away from direct sunlight. When plastic becomes hot it leaches chemicals into the water at a quicker rate. Who wants warm water anyway?

• If possible drink tap water and buy a suitable container to contain it. The best containers are made of either the safe plastics mentioned above, stainless steel or glass.

Next time I go to the gym I am going to make sure I have a bottle made from HDPE (high density polyethylene) that is manufactured without BPA. When I think of the amount of times I have used my water bottle in the past it is quite frightening to think of the hazardous chemicals I have been in taking with every mouthful of water.

Please Share or like this article to raise awareness of this not well known danger. While a lot of people feel they are being healthy they are unaware of the chemicals they are swallowing in their water due to old and un-suitable bottles.
